Return & Refund Policy

At Godspeeds, we are committed to delivering premium-quality juicers and outstanding customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return:
The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be in:
· Like-new condition, with no significant signs of wear or damage.
· Original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and protective materials.
· Used products that show visible signs of heavy use or unsanitary conditions may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee up to 20%.
· Returns without a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for the following items:
· Used juicers returned in unsanitary or damaged condition.
· Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support team at [Godspeedsfamily@gmail.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package. Packages without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If your return is rejected due to misuse or damage, the item may be shipped back to you at your cost.

5. Exchanges
If your product arrives defective or damaged:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a free exchange or replacement shipment at no cost to you.
Exchanges are only available for the same model and color unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to a change of mind, mistaken purchase, or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If the return is due to a defect, wrong item received, or shipping damage, we will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Warranty Returns
If your juicer experiences mechanical failure within the warranty period (typically 12 months from date of purchase):
Please contact us with your order number and product issue.
We may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, or a full replacement depending on the situation.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or modifications.

8.Order Cancellation
Godspeeds usually does not automatically cancel orders without reason. If the item cannot be shipped due to out-of-stock reasons, we will contact the customer within 12 hours to request a replacement or cancel the order. Once cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund within 12 hours.
Godspeeds usually dispatches your order within 1-2 working days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at godspeedsfamily@gmail.com as soon as possible.

1. If you cancel the order before it is shipped, you will receive a refund within 24 hours;
2. If the order has been shipped, we will try our best to stop the transportation. If it cannot be stopped, the customer will need to refuse to sign for the item when it is delivered so that it can be returned to the warehouse.
3. If a return/cancellation is due to customer error, a 6% handling fee will be charged for the return/cancellation.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
